First off I want to thank everyone for some amazing years as I hosted here, it was always one of my favorite places to host. Tonight's game was a great one, the teams all came out ready to play! The first half flew by and they were close all the way through the halftime question. Going into the second half it was Links In with a narrow lead over 3 teams tied for second. The second half there were a bunch of mix up and some teams rose up while others fell. Going into the final it was Gray is the New Black tied for the top spot with Brain Teasers. The final was tricky but a couple teams came up with the correct answer. Tonight's big winner was Stars and Stripes with a 20 point wager and a correct answer. After a week off from hosting it was nice to get back at it. We had a packed house with 15 teams ready to take home the trophy. The first half flew by as the teams came up with a ton of correct answers. There was only 9 points separating first from last place. After the halftime question it was Gray Fox 2 in a narrow lead. The second half we saw some more separation. Some teams stumbled while others moved higher up. Going into the final Gray Fox 2 kept their lead, but the final question is always the one that can bring any team back. Tonight several teams came up with the correct answers, but it was the Delaweirdos who came up with the correct answer and a 20 point wager making them the winners. What a night for Let's Do Trivia here at Heritage Shores!! We had 7 tenacious teams competing for the coveted trophy, and, at the half, Wings & Links were holding a strong lead over the Inner Circle, with the Alternates and the OGs tied for third. Moving into the second half, all seven teams continued to jockey for the lead, but a very careful use of the final round wager brought the Alternates to an astounding 91-point finish. What an absolutely packed house tonight with 19 teams out to play! The whole game went by so fast and the teams really kept a good pace and poured in so many correct answers. After the halftime question it was Waterside Wizards with a narrow lead. The second half we saw the teams shifting all over the place, and up and down the leaderboard. Going into the final question Waterside Wizards hung onto their lead. The final is the great equalizer as always and it was all up for grabs. Well, it could have been but Waterside Wizards finished of their game with a correct answer and a 20 point wager making them tonight's winners. It was beautiful outside and the perfect day for a game of trivia. The first half the teams were all on the same page as the scores started to skyrocket. After the halftime question there was a 5-way tie for first, which is something I don't think I have seen before. The second half we saw some gaps opening up in scores, but everyone was still in it when it came to the final questions. Still in a tie at the top was Waterside Wizards and Swamp Fox. The final question about D-Day locations was tricky, but one team wagered 20 and came up with the correct answer making Gray Fox the big winners.
